What A WK6!!!!!

Falcons are just rolling over other teams. They met up with the Chargers and there was some bad blood between the 2 teams. Chargers tried to make it a game when they scored a couple of touchdowns but the Falcons are loaded with talent and we've mentioned it a few times already, they are very hungry. And you can tell by watching this team play. Chargers have some decisions to make if they want to keep their 1 game lead over the Browns and secure a playoff appearance. Falcons keep playing they way they are.... they may be favored to wIn It all.
Saints started win a 3 game losing streak and we told you that they do that but come back and finish strong as hell. They did it last year and went to the superbowl. Now they have a 3 game winning streak after embarrassing the Eagles. They seemed to be playing perfect. They caused the Eagles to turn over the ball as much as any team could turn Iverson the ball. They looked like a first year team going against a championship caliber team. Looks like the Saints are committed to getting back to the big show and look like they have a plan to do just that.
Raiders are defending the crown like true champs. They took on a big boy team and handled business as true professionals. They made it look easy and we know playing the Browns is anything but easy. The Browns are the only team to win 2 crowns and until someone takes that and does it better.... they need to be taken  seriously. Raiders loom as if they are going to repeat the playoff appearance. Lets bring on wk7.

Oh yeaaahhhhh !!!!!

Wk5 just went down, let's just say that it was a very great day to be a fan. Those undefeated Falcons went against the Saints who came off of an impressive win over the Chargers. We told ya a couple weeks ago that the Saints, for some strange reason, take about 3 weeks to get their ... stuff together. Sure enough week 4 gave them their first win. And they showed up big time against the Falcons. They started fast and kept title going. They got the Falcons off guard and kinda showed them why they, the Saints, were in the superbowl. The Falcons seemed to be unfocused at times and not playing Falcons football. A lot of dropped passes and players looking as though they had a rough night. Don't take anything away from the Saints. They still had to complete passes. Finish runs. And put scores on the board. And they did. Taking home another great win.
The defending champs are coming off of a loss and it might have been just what the Dr. Ordered. They took on the Chargers and took control almost from the start. The Chargers had a couple of good drives. But there is almost no way for them to stop that defense. The Raiders are the best in adapting to what works and dropping what makes them struggle. The Raiders were fixing mistakes during the game and punished players who dropped passes or missed flags by having them do pushups. The Champs look like they got their focus back.
Eagles vs Browns is the oldest rivalry in our book.... this book. Eagles came in short handed and with 4 players injured. The Browns look as if they found a qb finally and this guy is good. He takes control of the offense and takes his cues from the sideline coach. They attack the weaknesses of their opponent and focus on moving ball. The Eagles, even though they were missing players, they didn't miss a step. they were diving the ball pretty well and it was a great display of a balanced offense. They seemed full of energy and as if they had new life. It could be because they saw the division leaders drop a game and saw an opportunity to try to get closer to that number one spot. We do have to mention that towards the end of the game, the Eagles slowed down drastically. And we noticed something that could mean nothing. We noticed a few players with no jerseys on and standing on the sideline without ever coming back in. Could mean there were some injuries that they don't want anyone to know about. Or that they were trying out their new guys now so they could use them a lot later. Either way. Great Wk5!!!

Oh yeah.... that was Wk4

So Wk4 just popped through.  The Falcons seem to be on fire. They don't look like they are slowing down. They went against the 2 times M2SPORTS Champions, Mad Ink Browns. 2 big teams, one trying to make a statement, the other trying to get back to their winning ways. The Falcons are fully loaded with talent on both sides of the ball. They have a gameplan this year and if they stay with it.... be prepared to see them in the big game.
The Saints went against a very hungry team in the Chargers. Chargers just came off a huge win against a very good team. With new found motivation, the Chargers were trying to get another win over another great team. The Saints were coming off their 3rd loss and came in with a chip on their shoulder. Saints changed things up again. Looking like they may have found something. They seemed to be adapting and trying to new things every week. Hopefully they can be successful and maintain that same level of play. They came off the field with their first win of the season. This team is capable of getting back into the playoffs but they can't fall again. The NFC isn't too forgiving.
The defending champs went against the Eagles this week. Raiders were trying to keep their winning streak alive and the Eagles were coming off a tough loss against a strong team. A wounded animal is a tough to defend against. The Raiders were doing a good job of it though. They went up 2 scores on the Eagles but then started to change things around because of an injury to their qb and because the Eagles defense started to get through that oline. Looked like fatigue was a major issue with the Raiders big boys. At times they looked worn out. And the Eagles smelled blood. Eagles are not that team to get tired on. They keep fighting til that last whistle. And if you let up.... well. You end up with your first loss of the season.
    Bring on wk5!!!!

What a WK3

So week 3 seems to be better than expected. The games were with with excitement and it seemed to us as some teams came in with new motivation.
The Browns vs Chargers was the first game and you cane kind of see some new found focus on both teams. Browns were very aggressive and were using their bigger size to try to put the Chargers away. They came close a few times and had some success moving the ball. But it seemed at times like they thought the game was over.
Chargers came in with some passion. With a fallen teammate and a chip on their shoulders, they were determined to finally get that first win. Having the Browns wasn't an easy game. That team is a 2 time superbowl champ. And a much bigger team. But the Chargers played for Matt and made a game out of this one. This first the first team to hit overtime and the Chargers came out the victors. With wk4 coming lets see if they can keep that fire burning
The Falcons vs Eagles game was another M2SPORTS classic. When these 2 teams meet, you know it's gonna be physical. With teams fighting for the top spot in the NFC and there was only room for one. Falcons started out fast. Scoring almost at will, and it was their defense that made the difference in this game. Eagles were forced to turn the ball over on downs on many of occasions. The Falcons defense scored on interceptions and fumble recoveries. They were a problem and it was evident. The Eagles finally started getting back in the game and putting up some points on the board. The Eagles defense started to get some rest and when it was to get on the field, it showed. They got a few stops and gave their offense a few more attempts to tie it up, but it was a little too late and the Falcons weren't making any mistakes. The Falcons took their rightful spot on top of the NFC and now wait to play the defending champions to finish their pay back from last year.
The defending champs are still rolling and it looks like no one can stop them. That defense is looking lime a major problem to try to overcome and the Saints looked a little too worn out to even give a good attempt to try and solve it. Saints have a great team and they usually start out late but it may be a little too late for this team. The Raiders are the defending champs and are playing as one. With the chemistry that they have, and the focus that they maintain, it could be the first team to get back to back titles. From wk4 to wk6 is gonna make the difference. If some teams don't start putting some "w's " up, it could be over before we reach mid season.
